Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Findmebh platform ("Findmebh," "the Platform"), operated by Khonji Management Consultancy ("we," "us," "our"), based in the Kingdom of Bahrain. By accessing or using Findmebh, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Findmebh is a CV marketplace that allows job seekers to upload their CV and contact details for the purpose of being discovered by employers, and allows employers to search, view, and download candidate CVs for recruitment purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally entitled to work in Bahrain (for job seekers) or a legally registered business in Bahrain (for employers) to use this Platform.

3. Job Seeker Accounts

• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information and CV you submit.
• Submission of your CV is subject to your consent under our Privacy Policy, including the sharing of your details with verified employers.
• Findmebh does not guarantee that any employer will view, contact, or offer employment to you as a result of using the Platform.

4. Employer Accounts

• Employer accounts are subject to review and approval by Findmebh before access to the candidate database is granted.
• Employers must provide a valid Commercial Registration (CR) number and agree to Findmebh's Terms & Conditions for Employers, including restrictions on sharing candidate data with third parties.
• Findmebh reserves the right to suspend or terminate any employer account that violates these Terms, including unauthorized sharing or misuse of candidate data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to upload false information, impersonate another person or business, harass or discriminate against any user, or attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Findmebh acts solely as a platform connecting job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interviews, the accuracy of information provided by either party, or the conduct of any user.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Findmebh, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any interactions, communications, or employment relationships between job seekers and employers.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
