Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions on Findmebh, operated by Khonji Management Consultancy, including the employer database subscription and the candidate/intern CV-visibility subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms below.

1. Subscription Billing

Findmebh subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis from the date of first payment. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.

2. Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account, or by contacting us directly.
• Cancelling stops future billing; it does not end your current paid period early.
• Employers: access to the candidate database continues until the end of the current billing month.
• Candidates & interns: your CV remains visible to employers until the end of the current billing month.

3. Refunds

Because Findmebh subscriptions grant immediate access to the platform's database and features, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Refunds may be considered, at Findmebh's discretion, in the following cases:

• A duplicate or accidental charge caused by a technical error.
• A billing error where the amount charged did not match the advertised subscription price.
• Access to the paid features was not provided due to a fault on Findmebh's part.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge in question. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to processing times of our payment provider.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To cancel a subscription or request a refund, please contact us at nabeel.khonjimc@gmail.com or via WhatsApp, quoting your registered email address and the date of the charge.

5. Changes to This Policy

Findmebh may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
