• You give your complete consent for Findmebh to store your CV and contact details on our systems.
• You authorize Findmebh to share this information with verified Bahraini employers and recruitment partners for the purpose of job matching and recruitment.
• This collection and sharing of your data is carried out in accordance with the PDPL and this Privacy Policy.

3. Acknowledgment and Release of Liability

By providing your consent, you fully and unconditionally acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Findmebh acts solely as a platform connecting job seekers with employers, and does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any employment outcomes.
• Once your CV and contact details are shared with a verified employer, that employer's handling, storage, and use of your data is governed by their own policies, and Findmebh bears no responsibility for the employer's subsequent use of your information.
• You give your full and unconditional agreement to share your CV and personal details with prospective employers, and this sharing is done entirely at your own discretion and consent.
• Findmebh, its officers, employees, and affiliates are released and held harmless from any and all claims, disputes, losses, damages, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the collection, storage, or sharing of your data, or arising from any communications, interviews, offers, or employment relationships between you and any employer, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
• Findmebh shall bear no legal obligation or liability whatsoever in relation to the use of your shared information by third-party employers once consent has been given.

4. Your Rights Under the PDPL

You have the right at any time to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated data.
• Withdraw your consent to data processing and sharing.
• Request deletion of your data from our systems.
