By creating an employer account on Findmebh ("the Platform"), you ("the Employer") agree to be bound by the following terms:
1. Confidentiality of Candidate Data
Access to candidate CVs and personal details ("Candidate Data") is granted solely for the purpose of recruitment and hiring within your own organization.
- You must not share, sell, distribute, forward, copy, or otherwise disclose any Candidate Data to any third party, including but not limited to other companies, recruitment agencies, individuals, or platforms, without the express prior written consent of the candidate.
- Candidate Data may not be used for any purpose other than evaluating candidates for roles within your own organization.
- You must take reasonable steps to keep Candidate Data secure and prevent unauthorized access.
2. Permitted Use
Candidate Data accessed through the Platform may only be used to:
- Review candidate suitability for current or future job openings within your organization.
- Contact candidates directly regarding recruitment opportunities.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
If a candidate withdraws consent or requests deletion of their data, and Findmebh notifies you of such a request, you must delete any copies of that candidate's data from your systems without undue delay.
4. Breach of Terms
Any breach of these Terms, including unauthorized sharing of Candidate Data with third parties, may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and may expose you to liability under the Kingdom of Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), Law No. 30 of 2018, and any other applicable laws.
5. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Findmebh acts solely as a platform connecting employers with candidates and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any Candidate Data, nor any hiring outcome.
6. Acknowledgment
By checking the box and creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including the restriction on sharing Candidate Data with third parties.
